My name is Scott. I’m 19 and from Trumbull, CT and I’ve been and EMT for about 3 years now and recently got my EMT-I last summer. I work for a few EMS services: Trumbull EMS, Echo Hose, Stratford EMS, and AMR. I’m also an EMT in VT and work on the Stratton Mountain Ski Patrol where I get to do EMS and ski at the same time. I’m currently in college working on my B.S in biology and hope to go to med school after that, with one day becoming a Doctor. I want to be a Paramedic because I really love EMS and am looking forward to having more tools at hand to be able to help my patients. I also think that it will be a great step to becoming a Doctor. When I get my medic I plan to continue working at AMR and being a medic there. I am really looking forward to being in class and learning everything I can and can’t wait to get started.
