My name is Heather Harvey

  I'm 20 years old. I've been an EMT since I was 17, and I love it. I volunteer at Echo Hose ambulance in Shelton, and I'm a volunteer and a lieutenant at Seymour ambulance. Now that I've covered the EMS part... For my paid job I work at Griffin hospital. As far as school goes I was home schooled through all of my school years and graduated a year early. I've never really been in a classroom with other students and with a teacher who isn't my mom (except for my emt class), so this should be fun :-) But I can't wait. In my free time I love to sew. I make clothes, and mostly quilts. A lot of my free time is spent at church. My family and I go to a Baptist church where my sister and I work on one of the church bus routes and help out with the kids and babies, and sometimes teach Sunday school. I also like to take pictures of everything and make scrapbooks for people. I play the violin too, but hardly have time to practice. I know I'll have even less time when class starts, so I'm cramming everything in while I still can :-)
